Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a material breach of these Terms. gtr77 uses technical, behavioral, and document-matching systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts may be permanently closed and balances forfeited.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, all pending wagers will be settled and any remaining Balance will be returned to your designated payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

gtr77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gtr77 does not accept deposits via credit cards, international bank wires, cryptocurrency wallets, or any payment method not listed above.
Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to the Player's Account in real time under normal operating conditions. Deposits are subject to a minimum amount of Rp 10.000 and a maximum single-transaction limit of Rp 50.000.000, unless a higher limit has been individually approved by gtr77's compliance team. gtr77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed within the same business session under normal circumstances, with a target processing time of one to three hours during peak periods. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account name used for the most recent deposit. gtr77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Deposits made to an Account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of that deposited amount will be processed. gtr77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to delay processing while such documentation is under review.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by gtr77 are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this clause and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering is calculated on the Bonus Funds amount unless stated otherwise. Bets placed on games or markets with a contribution rate lower than 100% will count proportionally toward the requirement.
All Bonus Funds carry an expiry window from the date of credit. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain uncleared at the time of expiry will be removed from the Account without notice. Players are advised to review the expiry date of any active bonus before placing wagers.
gtr77 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a wagering clear, or systematically exploiting promotion mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

Where a material change is made, gtr77 will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practically possible, notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gtr77 holds its operating license.
